Once your certificate has been delivered by email, all sensitive data (full family name, date of birth, email address, passport number, and country of origin) will be permanently purged from our system. For audit purposes, we retain only your given names and the first letter of your family name. We are required to keep a log of the type of travel documents you submit for checking. These references are passed to the Australian Department of Home Affairs. We do not keep or transmit images of your documents once they have been verified.

Contact Form Information

All information submitted through our website contact form is received by email only. We do not store contact form submissions in any database.
